How to Delete Your Account

- Your registered email address with LearnZ Connect
- A brief message confirming your request to delete your account and all associated data
Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion of your account and data within 7-10 business days.
Important Information
Permanent Action
Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once your account is deleted, all your data, including course history, personal details, and payment information, will be erased from our systems.
After deletion, you will no longer have access to your LearnZ Connect account or any associated services.
If you have any active subscriptions or courses, please ensure to complete or cancel them before submitting your deletion request.
