LearnZ Connect is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.
Payment and Refund Policy
We use Razorpay as our payment gateway for all online course and program purchases.
By purchasing a course or program, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of initiation.
User Communication
By using the Platform, you consent to receive notifications, updates, and other important communications from LearnZ Connect via WhatsApp, email, SMS, and Instagram.
These communications may include account updates, course information, payment confirmations, and any changes to our policies.
Additionally, LearnZ Connect may send automated messages on Instagram in response to comments or messages containing specific keywords.
